Initial code to easily configure buffer producers to generate buffers
with different properties inorder exercise and validate
BlastBufferQueue adapter.
The test captures surface flinger traces and verifies properties of a
single buffer. This will allow us to verify buffer presentation order,
buffer rejection, buffer properties and so on.

Added a similar test to
ManagedProfileLifecycleStressTest#testCreateStartDelete but with
waitForBroadcastIdle after each user operation. This is just a temp
test to identify if adding the sleeps after user operations reduces
flakiness.

In current design, crash has been generated when stop function
has been re-entered to catch unexpected behavior. However,
it is possible to re-enter stop function if the network
disconnection occurs after stopping.
Thus, skip stop if keepalive is already in stopping state.

This change introduces a new call for clients to request focus on their
embedded views. In order to accomplish this, the owner of the
SurfacePackage sends an input token that can identify the input channel
of the embedded window. This token is forwarded as part of the focus
request.
WindowManager will authenticate the calling window and the relationship
between the host and the embedded window. Once authenticated, the
request will be forwarded to InputDispatcher. InputDispatcher will grant
the focus to the SurfaceControlViewHost if the host window is currently
focused or transfer focus back to the host window if the
SurfaceControlViewHost is focused. Otherwise the request is dropped.
In addition, SurfaceView, the host in this scenario, now overrides the
onFocused function to transfer focus to and from the embedded view.

THe navbar becomes invisible during the rotation, and becomes visible
again once the rotation animation finishes.
This CL fixes the wm flicker tests after migrating they were migrated to
hwasan-userdebug builds.

testAdbRollbackAppWaitsForStagedReady (added by ag/12361995) leaves
com.android.apex.cts.shim@2.apex in the data partition which causes
PackageManagerTest#testGetApplicationInfo_ApexSupported_MatchesApex
to fail.
This CL ensures APEX files in the data partition are cleaned up after
running the tests.

Currently, if SIM is inserted but IMSI is not available, such
as SIM PIN locked state. Information of such SIM will still
be available but IMSI is not. Which makes
NetworkStatsSubscriptionMonitor failed to store IMSI locally
for later RAT type query. Hence, NETWORK_TYPE_UNKNOWN is
always returned for such SIM.
Skip the registration until the IMSI is available. This is safe
since there will be another onSubscriptionsChanged event when
that happens.

The existing method is confusing (the argument used to be called
includeDying) and it puts the burden on the caller (which need to
understand what the parameter means).
Furthermore:
- The majority of calls are for getUsers(excludeDying=true).
- The calls for getUsers(excludeDying=false) are equivalent to
calls to getUsers()
