This version of the APK Signature Scheme v2 documentation doesn't
mention the "apksigner" command-line tool, since this feature isn't
supported as of I/O 2016. However, it will still be possible to sign
an app using APK Signature Scheme v2---and disable v2 signing---using
Android Studio 2.2 and Gradle.
This document is gated on the release of Android Studio 2.2,
scheduled to release on the first day of I/O (May 18).

The first paragraph under the "Android for Work" section on the
"Android N for Developers" page now includes a link to the "Android
for Work Updates" page. Also reworded the sentence containing this
link for a smoother transition into the hyperlink text.

In api-overview, we removed the short section describing PIP
(because it's already mentioned in the multi-window section).
However, we still refer to it in the multi-window section by
saying "See below for more information". This CL just removes
that statement.

Many HTML problems (bad links, non-escaped < and &, unclosed blocks);
fixing the ones I saw. We should give this a more thorough scrubbing.
Also removed spurious link to (non-existent) "Testing with Just in
Time" section.
