b6aca11e80 Convert tests/**/Android.mk files to Android.bp
See build/soong/README.md for more information.

Note: tests/ImfTest/Android.mk causes conflict as it hasn't been yet
ported to internal master. Do it later.
Note: the conversion in the following directories has to be done in the
internal master first because of the conflicts:
* tests/ActivityManagerPerfTests
* tests/AppLaunch
* tests/AppLaunchWear
* tests/BackgroundDexOptServiceIntegrationTests
* tests/Camera2Tests/CameraToo
* tests/Camera2Tests/SmartCamera/SimpleCamera
* tests/Compatibility
* tests/Internal
* tests/RcsTests
* tests/ServiceCrashTest
* tests/UsbTests

Tracking SurfaceFlinger changes. Now to construct a child surface
we need the SurfaceControl as opposed to just the surface, and so
we parcel the SurfaceControl across relayout.

f96c90ac6c A brave new world for window insets (1/n)
This CL starts a journey to discover a brave new inset world. The
path to get us there may be rocky, but it's going to be rocky.

One of the main pledges of the new API is that an app can retrieve
what is causing a certain inset easily. For that, we need to
dispatch metadata who is causing what inset, such that we can query
it from the client side.

Furthermore, the client will be able to manipulate insets directly,
but also listen to animation changes. We don't want to go through
window manager for that, thus, there needs to be a local codepath
from (global window state -> WindowInsets).

Because we have these two requirements, we dispatch the relevant
global window state for insets, represented by InsetsState, and
dispatch it to the client. On the client side we take the frame
and the InsetsState and generate WindowInsets out of it.

be43ac8686 Synchronize stack position and size update for split screen
When entering split screen, the secondary window changes position so
it's below the primary split screen when minimized. The WSA at the same
time is also changing size to fit the area. However, the size doesn't
change until the client requests a new size and a frame with the correct
size comes in. This causes the stack to update position before the
resize which causes content to get cut off and then a jump when the resize
completes.

This change updates the WSA position as soon as it recognizes that the
stack changed position due to entering split screen secondary. The WSA
sets its position as the negative of the stack position, making the
calculated window position at (0,0). When a relayout is requested, the
WSA's position is requested back to (0,0), deferring until the new frame.
This will put the WSA position at (0,0) when a frame with the correct size
is drawn. This places the window position at the stack's new position in
the same transaction that a WSA frame with the new size is drawn.

ab6ec61251 frameworks/base: Set LOCAL_SDK_VERSION where possible.
This change sets LOCAL_SDK_VERSION for all packages where
this is possible without breaking the build, and
LOCAL_PRIVATE_PLATFORM_APIS := true otherwise.

Setting one of these two will be made required soon, and this
is a change in preparation for that. Not setting LOCAL_SDK_VERSION
makes the app implicitly depend on the bootclasspath, which is
often not required. This change effectively makes depending on
private apis opt-in rather than opt-out.

Test: make relevant packages

5c6b622328 Display Cutout: Dispatch Cutout from WindowManager
Adds the logic to dispatch a DisplayCutout from DisplayFrames
through WindowState to the View hierarchy. Does however not yet
change how windows are laid out in response to a DisplayCutout.

The display cutout is currently never present, the following CL
will add logic to emulate a display cutout on devices that do
not have a physical one.
