I'd been using the "srcset" tag wrong (we're updating the devsite
style guide) so I'm fixing that. Also mislabeled this as "Figure 2"
(it's currently the only figure on the page).
Since this is a very straightforward fix I'm going to go ahead and
submit it.

Per message from Joe, changed name of feature from "Runtime
Permissions" to just "Permissions". Still sometimes referred to it as
"runtime permissions" in descriptive text, as appropriate.
I considered renaming the feature page to ./permissions.jd , but
given the short time, I decided against it--there were too many
ways a file rename could break things, and this is just a temporary
"preview" page anyway.

NOTE: Because the M Preview reference docs are not going to be live on
DAC (they'll be downloadable in a zip archive, I believe), we can't
put in live hyperlinks to new-for-M classes/fields/ methods. Those
have to just be in <code> font with no link. This is consistent across
all the preview docs, and will of course change when these docs are
converted for the MNC release.
