26bb46e6e9 Fix bug in measurement of paragraphs 
This fixes b/16510772.

When measuring paragraphs, leading margins should be taken into account.
When computing line width, the margin should be added to the absolute
value of the extent (there were missing parenthesis). Both of these
caused views with leading margins to be rendered incorrectly.

cad5768e22 Doze: Update tease signal to buzz-beep-blink from NoMan. 
Inform SystemUI when NoMan buzzes, beeps or blinks.  Use that
as the notification signal when dozing instead of trying to figure
out interesting panel content updates.

At some point, we should move the entire calculation up into SystemUI
itself, but that's too large of a refactoring to perform now.
