The code used to call Keystore.addAuthToken() directly from the HAL layer.
This change propagates the byte stream to the framework which then forwards
it to KeyStore.
Test: recovers from killing keystore, fingerprint unlocks device,
FingerprintDialog works with crypto objects.

When we compose the TaskDescription for the task, we update it with
information from each activity from top down. If an activity has a
saved icon, the filepath for that icon will be encoded with the user
id of the activity and saved into the task description. However, if
that activity's user is different from the user id of the root
activity of the task, we will later try to fetch the icon with the
user id of the task which will cause an exception to be thrown.
Instead, because the task description describes the task and information
belonging to the task description is always fetched as the user of
that task, we can save the icon with the task's user encoded instead
of the activity's.

in a task that is rooted with a work profile activity, then restart
before the primary user activity is finished.

This change instruments BroadcastQueue using asyncTrace to give us
visibility into broadcasts from a trace. There's one traced section for
the time the broadcasts spend in the queue, and another one for the time
it takes to dispatch the broadcast.
My previous solution for this bug was incomplete, so this change also
cleans up that solution (which instrumented a callsite). Last, there's a
couple minor changes to logs (fixing a typo and making a log clearer).

Some apps may want to check whether they are trusted to install apps on
the device, so they can prompt the user to go to settings and mark them
as trusted before they do an intensive operation like downloading an
apk.

Add option '--streaming' to 'am start' and 'am profile' commands.
If the option is given, the output of method trace profiling
will be streamed into the specified file, so the output is no
longer limited by the buffer size.
Test: m -j48 test-art-host;
m -j48 ART_TEST_TRACE=true ART_TEST_TRACE_STREAM=true test-art-host;
I also tested manually. Tried all 8 combinations of
sampling/instrumention
streaming/non-streaming
'am start --start-profiler' / 'am profile start'
The output files are all in expected shape.

As best I can tell, values 3 & 4 (theoretically totalTouchDownTime &
touchCycles, per PowerScreenStateParser) were always set to 0; I
have not migrated these fields.
Test: Manually checked old vs new logs side by side in event log.

Ongoing notifications can now be colorized.
This will use the color provided as the background
and invert most text colors
