Missed change to frameworks/base when changing type to signed int.
Previous code was relying on implicit cast of -1 to unsigned being INT_MAX.

The misleading voiceNetworkStateChanged should be renamed
to networkStateChanged to reflect either voice or data
network changes will trigger this indication.
And dataNetworkStateChanged should be renamed to
dataCallListChanged as well.

Clean up the folder to avoid leaving residue behind when
a user is removed. This was causing issues with reusing
the userid. Also check on reboot for incomplete cleanup
and remove the folders.

An app has Animators (NoPauseAnimatorWrapper) that does not
check their listeners against null before cloning. The previous
implementation of AnimatorSet has masked this issue. But the
underlying bug should be fixed in this app.
For now, work around the bug by adding a listener to all the child
animators.

When disabled, this will prevent badges from being shown in the status
bar or wifi picker as well as prevent access points in the picker from
being rearranged based on ranking scores.

There were two issues:
1) The mGutsMenuItem wasn’t getting nulled out correctly
2) There was no check for guts != null when seeing if there were
exposed guts, this meant the bind would happen when there were no
guts exposed, because mGutsMenuItem wasn’t nulled out correctly, it
would be out of date / still attached to a parent.
Test: Manually tried:
1) Have notifications that *haven’t* had guts revealed
2) Change screen density
1) Have notifications, reveal some of their guts
2) Change screen density

For secondary display, shared fullscreen dim layer user is
the only stack that is present on the display. When this stack
is removed the shared dim layer was not cleared. Because of
that it was crashing when trying to obtain DisplayContent from it.
Now when we're removing a dim layer user we check if we've removed
the last one and clear shared fullscreen dim layer if needed.

If a launcher is resizable, going to minimized mode (dock task and then
press home) would show a cropped height of the task at the top in a
minimized state and the fullscreen stack would show the home launcher
which takes the rest of the remaining height. If the launcher is not
resizable, it will default the original behavior.
To enable this in a launcher, add android:resizeableActivity="true" in
the AndroidManifest.xml in the <application/> tag.
Test: manual - rotating while minimized, minimizing using dragging task
or holding overview nav button, installing resizable launcher with a
non-resizable launcher

Remove test code path for the a11y volume and only rely on
AccessibilityServicesStateChangeListener. Query whether

The changes include:
- Split WNM notifications intent to dedicated intent for each
event: Deauth Imminent Notice and Subscription Remediation
- Add intent for broadcast OSU Providers List
- Update Passpoint icon intent definitions to conform to the
API guide
- Make WifiManager#queryPasspointIcon public
All added/updated intents will required receiver to have
android.Manifest.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE in order to
receive the intents.
The deprecated hidden intent definitions will be removed once
the WifiService is updated to use the new intents.
