e176ee1222 media: Add new API to set next output file. 
Only support recording to MP4 file now. When the recorded file is approcaching
file size limit, application will receive
MEDIA_RECORDER_INFO_MAX_FILESIZE_APPROACHING callback from mediarecorder.
Application could use setNextOutputFile to set the next output file before or
after receiving this callback. Upon reaching filesize limit, recorder will swap
the output file internally and notify application with
MEDIA_RECORDER_INFO_NEXT_OUTPUT_FILE_STARTED.

Test: Hack camera app to record more than filesize limit.

106fe73205 New accessibility shortcut. 
Removing accessibility gesture from power dialog.

Adding new accessibility shortcut activated by holding both volume
buttons down. This shortcut is configurable by OEMs and users to
work with any installed accessibility service.

Bug: 30160335

Test: Added automated testing for the EnableAccessibilityController.
Manually toggled various services on and off.

dab0b0be93 consumerir HAL uses "default" service name 
The getService() and registerAsService() methods of interface objects
now have default parameters of "default" for the service name. HALs
will not have to use any service name unless they want to register
more than one service.

Test: builds; verify HAL still works

9fb00183a0 Add StorageManager#openProxyFileDescriptor. 
The CL:

 * Adds StorageManager#openProxyFileDescriptor API.
 * Turns IProxyFileDescriptorCallback into a class so that it can provides
   default implementations.
 * Removes mActive state from FuseAppLoop, because the state will be managed at
   the MountService side.
 * Adds StorageManagerIntegrationTest to check if FUSE is correctly mounted or
   not. Since it's implementation details, CTS does not help to test the
   behavior.

cfa55535e8 AudioService: modify logic for independent a11y volume 
Add support for enabling independent a11y volume based on
  a11y services state change.
Add compile time constant USE_FLAG_ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY_VOLUME
  for testing a11y volume simply when TalkBack is enabled.

Test: change new USE_FLAG... constant to false and enable Talkback
