7b4a38b197 Delay discovery of system trust agents 
Waits for BOOT_COMPLETED when enabling system trust agents.
This fixes an issue where no agents were discovered because the
packages were not ready after an OTA.

42dc85a848 Make lock task check if focused better 
Previously using mFocusedActivity, which doesn't seem to update
until after touch (or something).  This now uses
StackSupervisor.getFocusedStack(), which seems to be working ok.

9a10365751 TIF: change input state based on the number of available streams 
HAL implementation may indicate that the input port is disconnected
by exposing no available streams. Framework detects the change and
update input state accordingly.
