053555a70f Save country code information in InputDevice 
Country code information is passed by a HID device over sysfs.
We can read that information and save it in InputDevice which
will be later used for auto-detecting Layout for PK.
More information in DD: go/pk_auto_layout_detection

6640d839aa Refine the way of calculating insets for configuration (1/3) 
The original patch reverted as commit
bc0d5539e6.

This patch only includes the part of refactors to make the calculation
of configuration around insets easier. The actual change of making extra
navigation bar treated as navigation bar and the fix of the UiDevice in
ui automator is in a separate patch to avoid being blocked and blocking
other changes for long.

9ddd4d4fc7 Improve package visibility gap for TextServicesManager 
Two APIs in TextServicesManager expose the installed spell checker
packages to the caller without holding the query package permission.
  - getSpellCheckerService
  - getEnabledSpellCheckers

This cl filter the access to spell checkers from the caller by rules
of package visibilty.

f092a7cb23 Improve handwriting Ink window lifetime 
1. When the system removes the last known stylus device
and has no other stylus available, remove the Ink window.

2. Create InkWindow only if the device+IME combination supports
handwriting and the stylus is being used.

bc666bea02 Tweak behavior of isAccessibilityDataPrivate() to reduce CPU usage. 
Changes:
- Cache the value of isAccessibilityDataPrivate().
- Change callers to check if the a11y service isAccessibilityTool
  first where possible, to prevent unnecessary calls to
  isAccessibilityDataPrivate() for "happy use case" users (anyone
  not using a non-a11y-tool).

Using simpleperf during UI benchmark test, % of CPU in frameworks.jar
from isAccessibilityDataPrivate():
  - before: 71.6% ( :O )
  - after: 0.25%

3e3ff1a3d2 Introduce Scribe Rich gestures API 
During a stylus handwriting session, user can perform a
stylus gesture operation like  Select, delete, insert on an
area of text. IME needs APIs to perform these gestures on text.
This CL introduces API signature for Select, delete, insert gestures.

57bb237ac7 Allow app-process tooling to navigate the AccessibilityNodeInfo tree. 
This change bypasses the AccessibilityService and directly
connects AccessibilityInteractionClient to ViewRootImpl's
AccessibilityInteractionController.
