7ebbf85590 docs: Corrected method name in multi-window docs 
Confirmed on nyc-dev, the method name is
Activity.RequestDragAndDropPermissions(), not--as incorrectly
stated--Activity.RequestDropPermissions(). Updating preview docs
accordingly.

See first comment for doc stage location.
