The active AlwaysOnHotwordDetector and SoftwareHotwordDetector is always
maintained in memory regardless if the client is using it or not.
This added API allows an active VoiceInteractionService to indicate that
they will no longer use the detector, and it can be cleaned up.

The SoundTrigger HAL can deliver additional context about the kephrase
that was triggered along with the trigger audio. This change moves to
expose the information which was previously suppressed by the Android
framework.
Data exposed:
- Keyphrase extras providing details on what phrase was interpreted by
the voice engine
Extra keyphrase information provided by the SoundTrigger HAL which was
previously suppressed is also exposed.

The SoundTrigger HAL can deliver additional context about the kephrase

expose the information which was previously suppressed by the Android

Previously raw data was only exposed when the data was of a specific
audio format. This change allows the raw data to be retrieved regardless
of format.

wallpaper is dimmed
When dimming is applied on live wallpapers, remove
HINT_SUPPORTS_DARK_TEXT/_THEME hints from the color hints to disable
dark text by default.

This change adds the NOTIFICATION_CANCEL_ASSISTANT uievent and reports any cancellations due to assistants as REASON_ASSISTANT_CANCEL. Listeners below T (when this reason is added) are notified with the same reason that was previously used in all cases, REASON_LISTENER_CANCEL.

Adds a new configuration attribute for use in
QuickAccessWalletService:
* useTargetActivityForQuickAccess - this is a boolean, false by default.
When true, the system will use the component specified by the
android:targetActivity attribute instead of the SysUi's WalletActivity.
Adds a new API method to QuickAccessWalletService: the method returns a
PendingIntent that can be used in place of the targetActivity specified
in the service's manifest entry. The method is not abstract; by default
it returns null so that existing services will not have to make any
changes to target android T.
To make use of this feature, define a new method in
QuickAccessWalletClient: useTargetActivityForQuickAccess() which
provides the configuration for use by QuickAccessWalletController.
Updates QuickAccessWalletController to define a new method: startQuickAccessUiIntent(),
which reads the configuration as well as whether the service is
providing any cards, and provides a centralized place to launch
the correct Quick Access intent.
The logic there is:
1. If a PendingIntent is provided from the service, use that.
2. If not, check for an active activity from the metadata in XML.
3. If that isn't available OR useTargetActivityForQuickAccess is false and the system is displaying cards, use WalletActivity provided by SystemUi.
Addes tests for QuickAccessWalletController. CTS Test for
QuickAccessWalletClient has new tests in a separate change in the same
topic. In the course of development, discovered that unit tests for
QuickAccessWalletController has been failing for as long as a year. Will
fix that and update in a follow-up.

This API allows the game service provider to start an
activity in the existing game task and receive a result
through the GameSessionActivityCallback instead of the
result being sent to the game.
For an example use case, in the Android S dashboard, the
dashboard starts the YouTube-hosted live stream activity to
handle YouTube live streaming and the Play Games-hosted
dashboard activity to handle showing Play Games services
data.
The API allows the GameSession provider to respond to
different activity results returned from the target
activity.
