13f00f07d6 Implement multi-press behavior for power key. 
Added support for brightness boost or setting theater
mode from the power key.  This behavior is disabled by default and
must be enabled for specific products in a config.xml overlay.

Because the power key is already so overloaded, refactored the
code to split out handling of the similar ENDCALL button and
renamed all of the state that has to do with screenshot chord
detection to avoid confusion.

e333e674a7 Add a function to boost screen brightness temporarily. 
When PowerManager.boostScreenBrightness() is called, the screen
brightness is set to maximum for 5 seconds.  This action is
also considered to be user activity.

0bffc736e1 Use the right layout for inflating Action Bar. 
The choice of Action Bar layout depends on the theme. This also affects
the widget used to render the Action Bar.

2af2d57d57 Radio Capability Support. 
New design of capability switch for L.
Add new RIL requests:
     RIL_REQUEST_GET_RADIO_CAPABILITY
     RIL_REQUEST_SET_RADIO_CAPABILITY
     RIL_UNSOL_RADIO_CAPABILITY

These commands allow the framework to communicate what the Radio
Capabilities for each logical modem has or should be using.

It can support 2/3/4G switch and has flexible architecture to support
future technology.
