Categories were added to accessibility service info objects so that they can be grouped
in system Settings. Services can declare a category in their accessibility manifest file,
and if no category is defined, the service is placed under the "Other services" category.

With this change, different languages can have a different minimum
length for suffix and prefixes when hyphenating. Previously, the
defaults used for English, 2 and 3, were used for every language.

Settings.Secure.DEFAULT_INPUT_METHOD is a misnomer. It does not really
record a permanent default of any sort - it just indicates the currently
chosen IME. Thus, isDefaultInputMethodSetByOwner() should more
appropriately be called isCurrentInputMethodSetByOwner().
Furthermore, it turns out that setting a different IME for a user and
the user's work profile is unsupported. Thus, it is sufficient for the
intended use case to just retrieve the calling user's default IME.
There is no need for a |user| parameter.

When destroying the LoaderManager, the host was not being cleared.
The host was being leaked and this leaked the Activity.
When a LoaderManager is reused, for example with an orientation
change, the host was updated, but it wasn't started. This
adds a test for that case to ensure that when a reused
LoaderManager is loaded that it is properly started.

This adds better support for Arabic script languages, Armenian,
Catalan, Hebrew, Kannada, Malayalam, Polish, Tamil, and Telugu by
adding various hyphenation types and edits appropriate for the
locales.
The actual implementations are in Minikin. This CL takes care of the
changes needed in frameworks, to support different end-of-line and
start-of-line hyphen edits.
Two bugs in TextLine.java are also fixed:
1. Where hyphen edits on non-spanned texts were not eliminated in
handleRun() when they should have. This had manifested itself in
double hyphenation in some bidi paragraphs.
2. Some no op assignments and comparions around the change for the
above bug are removed.

The expand action is now on the notification itself
instead of the expand button, this way a user immediately
know if it is expanded.
It also improves the click feedback of the expand button
