0f310bdec8 Remove Type.statusBars from compatInsetsTypes if FLAG_FULLSCREEN 
In the legacy layout world, if a window has FLAG_FULLSCREEN, then its
stable insets won't be affected by status bar. This CL makes the layout
logic compatible.

089b0bb4f9 Use clean calling identity to clear preferred activities 
In some cases we need to clear preferred activities for all users after
changing mimeGroups via PackageManager#setMimeGroup. This can result in
clearing preferred activities for non-current user. Which will cause
SecurityException if done without using clean calling identity.

Test: multiple users on device; atest CtsDynamicMimeHostTestCases

46e68011e7 Finish supporting floating-IME alpha in split-screen 
There are a couple situations that cause floating IME:
zero-sized frame due to fullscreenIme and the IME itself
providing a frame that doesn't generate insets.

This CL adds detection for an IME frame that doesn't provide
insets and it also allows the subsidiary IME processers (like
divider) to disable alpha animation. This is necessary because
when divider adjust for ime, there is no content behind the
ime, so we can't have it fade in/out; however, if the divider
doesn't adjust, we want the fade in/out so it matches the
ime behavior when not in split.

Bug: 160915523
Test: Use fullscreen IME as well as making gboard floating.
      Open ime in either top or bottom for both cases.

4f83ff47a9 Use keyguard state directly instead of trying to remember it 
When updating the divider, this was using the last-remembered
hidden state of the dividerview. The only user of hidden state
was keyguard. Sometimes, split-screen would be dismissed
before keyguard was dismissed. In this situation, the divider
state wouldn't be updated properly. So, instead of trying
to use the potentially incorrect state, always just check the
keyguard directly to determine hidden state.

Bug: 161170237
Test: put 2 apps in splitscreen, lock screen, open emergency,
      then unlock, go to splitscreen again, re-lock and see
      no divider bar.
