55de6c75fd Check 64-to-32-bit transition in system_server for Tagged Ptrs [#2]. 
The check whether the system (kernel) supports Tagged Pointers is done
in the 64-bit system server. This can spawn 32-bit apps, and we
think that the app supports tagged pointers.

There's no good way to check the compatibility in the child before we
spawn it, so we do the next best thing. If we know the child won't
support it (i.e. the child is 32-bit), we don't ask for Tagged Ptrs.
Otherwise, if the parent supports tagged pointers, and there's no
bitness transition, the child should also support.

Test: Build flame, launch 64-bit apps that spawns 32-bit subprocesses,
verify that you get no 're-enabling tagging' messages.

b3288fbdd5 Add '-unstable' to solve ODR violation 
The interface which is imported by an unstable interface is 'unstable'
as well. Until now, the ODR violation checker in aidl has omitted an
interface imported, but it will be checked, accordingly, fix the current
problem

3737f3a44a Add default constructor to NR cell classes 
The default constructor is missing in CellInfoNr and CellIdentityNr
classes. All the other CellInfo* and CellIdentity* classes have it.

Also, add setCellIdentity(CellIdentityNr) method to CellInfoNr.

d77752dbf2 audio: add device definitions for BLE Audio 
Add device type enums for BLE Audio.
Device types for BLE audio headset and BLE audio speaker are added
to AudioDeviceInfo class.
Conversions to internal device types are added to AudioSystem.
