e7b4e235a4 Add Georgian keyboard layout support 
Add keyboard layout support for entering Georgian text. This will be used
for connecting a physical keyboard and typing in Georgian.

Bug: 141126644
Test: connect USB/Bluetooth keyboard and choose "Georgian" keyboard
layout, start typing in a input window.

be8054963e Add Mongolian keyboard layout support

8b5896ccc8 Fix Crotian keyboard layout key (Č) definition. 
The letter "c caron" (Č) is upper case without shift and lower case with shift.
This should be other way around.

Bug: 37015071
Test: Connect a USB or Bluetooth external keyboard, select keyboard
layout to Crotian and open an App to type.

41b2784da0 Apply theme by using notification context 
Apply theme by using notification context instead of
SystemUI context when loading notification icon drawable.

When loading notification icon for StatusBarIconView, use
notification's context as parameter, then applyTheme will
find theme resource in notification package and avoid
finding wrong theme resource in SystemUI for other apply's
drawable resources.

39c94c0493 statsd: mark libstats_jni as jni_libs

1e8e7a9487 [RESTRICT AUTOMERGE] Update the visibility of activities on sleeping display 
Activity with showWhenLocked flag is visible when screen is off and
leads to activity restart called.

This CL update the visibility condition for showWhenLocked and
dismisskeyguard activities and refer the keyguard visibility to
ensure the function works as expected.

bec69ef42b Fix CDM.requestNotificationAccess() in profile. 
If invoked by app running in managed profile, CompanionDeviceManager
.requestNotificationAccess() is actually trying to grant access to that
app in parent profile, which may not even exist.

Notification listener may not need to be running in managed profile,
but in order to access and control media sessions in managed profile,
notification listener must be granted access in that managed profile.

Test: Run test cases of CompanionDeviceManager in managed profile.
