To support removable esim to pass GCT/PTCRB test in DSDS mode, we should make sure all the download/activation requests are by default route to the removable esim slot. In order to satisfy this use case, we should return removable esim cardId as default.
1. Add switch UI in RadioInfo hidden activity to set removable esim as default eUICC.
2. When switch is checked/unchecked, corresponding flag is set in UiccController and intent is broadcasted to LPA.
3. TelephonyManager#getCardIdForDefaultEuicc API returns removable esim cardId if switch is checked.

Subscription enable/disable is done through a single EuiccManager.switchToSubscription API. If the passing subId is invalid which means to disable the currently enabled profile on eUICC. With MEP, there can be more than one active subscription so apps should explicitly calling new API switchToSubscripti.on(with portIndex) to specify disable which profile from eUICC.

This CL creates two new PhoneAccount capabilities for the SIM call
manager (and potentially telephony itself for PSTN PhoneAccounts) to
advertise that they support voice calling, potentially independent of
voice service state. With this information, telecom will feed updated
back into telephony for plumbing through the standard ServiceState-based
APIs.

Migrate unsafe parcel APIs in framework-minus-apex
Migrate the following unsafe parcel APIs in framework-minus-apex:
* Parcel.readSerializable()
* Parcel.readArrayList()
* Parcel.readList()
* Parcel.readParcelable()
* Parcel.readParcelableList()
* Parcel.readSparseArray()
This CL was generated by applying lint fixes that infer the expected
type from the caller code and provide that as the type parameter
(ag/16365240).
A few observations:
* In some classes we couldn't migrate because the class also belonged to
another build module whose min SDK wasn't current (as is the case for
framework-minus-apex), hence I suppressed the lint check
(since I'll eventually submit the lint check to the tree).
* In some cases, I needed to do the cast in
https://stackoverflow.com/a/1080525/5765705 to make the compiler happy
since there isn't another way of providing a class of type
Class<MyClassWithGenerics<T>>.
* In the readSerializable() case, the new API also requires the class
loader, that was inferred to by InferredClass.class.getClassLoader().
* Note that automatic formatting and import rely on running hooked up
to the IDE, which wasn't the case here.

Provide a new API in ImsService that creates a new version of each ImsFeature and dependencies when a new subId is loaded.
The ImsService handles ImsFeature setup and teardown procedures to happen on a per-subscription basis instead of on a per-slot basis.
Provide the compatibility behavior for older devices that are not upgrading to using the new API.
