Removed "Drive Installs from Search" page, the GIF image that the
page contained, and most references to the page within the
"collections" and "extras" JD resource files.
Also fixed a typo within the DAC YAML file.

Within the "Promote Your App with Ads" page, the caption under the
"From Google Play" image was out of date. The new text implies that
Google Play app promotion is now available.

Got some post-submit comments on the Google Play distribute docs.
This CL is for the easy ones that we can submit right away (page
tags and a typo fix), since I can +2 it myself and submit right away.
The larger comments (substantive changes in some material, and a
change of a screenshot) we'll have to leave for a second CL, so
we can confirm the changes.

Updating docs based on source material from Dom. I've had to tweak
the image formatting & arrangement to work with DAC styles, but
the text is pretty much unchanged.
Per the bug, this CL just has the "P0: Ready To Go" docs.

and delete all HR tags
then delete all clearflots, because they add useless whitespace
once the "headerLine" class is obsolete
THEN, cleanup some HTML to fix float clearance issues.
