bbf42404b7 IME: Dispatch onProgress directly during app-driven onReady 
Fixes and issue where the initial frame of an app-driven transition would flicker
because onProgress would only be called after the first frame had been rendered.

4df25f7aae Do not write recycled icon to TaskDescription parcel 
This change prevent the recycled icon from writting to parcel. Some app
may recycle their icon while launch a new activity. Parceling tests is
added for TaskDescription.

Test: Manual test with the reproduce steps in the bug.

a0e6de15df Update StatsLogProcessor to handle BinaryPushStateChanged 
Also changed StatsLog to call write() instead of the hard coded function
in StatsService.

716588dec9 Minor renaming: IIncrementalManagerNative -> IIncrementalService. 
Manager(client)->Service(server) seems to be easier to understand.

17d9d2f22f Scrollable inline keyboard suggestions 
Inlined keyboard suggestions are provided by the OS while
hosted by the keyboard. The clicks are detected by the OS
trusted code to release the data. Not all suggestions may
fit on the keyboard suggestion strip and the user may need
to scroll. To support this we are delegating the touch
event stream to the keyboard window as soon as the OS
detects that the user is not clicking, i.e. after a pointer
went down and moved more than the touch slop.

09ce0f1a23 Use the line height for the magnifier source height. 
And excludes the line spacing when calculating the manifier Y
coordinate.
