010d64fa5b UM.getUserHandle -> UM.getProcessUserId 
UM is being made @UserHandleAware, so using an explicit method avoids ambiguity.

902b89d936 Use TelephonyManager#isEmergencyNumber() instead 
Replace deprecated PhoneNumberUtils#isLocalEmergencyNumber() and
isEmergencyNumber() with TelephonyManager#isEmergencyNumber().

e2f17aad5e Add new SystemApi methods for mainline 
Add new SystemApi methods for Telecom to call in lieu of the old @hide
methods. Also moved CallerInfo and CallerInfoAsyncQuery to Telecom
because there are no more users in Telephony.
