87937dbcd1 New shadowy status bar, direct from Z'ha'dum. 
Artwork is FPO but serviceable enough. Many hardcoded font
colors & styles were moved to styles.xml where they belong.
AM/PM finally given the old heave-ho (but configurable in
StatusBarPolicy.java).

Notification content remains on a light-gray background for
now (so as not to screw up custom RemoteViews) but status
icons will definitely need across-the-board rework to look
better against a dark background.

(Re-integrated on top of new status bar code.)

175f79c5a5 In fact, switching an item between ongoing and notifications works. 
The test just wasn't testing that.

92ce5734b5 Canvas.drawVertices: correct color range-check 
The range-check in drawVertices previously checked that the color
count was equal to the vertex count. However, the vertex count is
specified in array elements, and there's two array elements per
vertex for the positions, but only one array element per vertex
for the colors.

Correct the code so the check is consistent with the element count.

2324188751 Fix IndexOutOfBoundsException when measuring text. 
Some line wrapping conditions caused the same style run to be measured
twice, incorrectly advancing the position in the width buffer and
occasionally causing measurement to run out of room.  The fix is to
not remeasure the same style run.
