Profile Owner API to clear application data
...
This new API lets DOs clear application data on a per package basis. It
can be used to reset misbehaving packages as well as for a light-weight
session model where employees log in to a device and have their data
cleared when they log out.
Test: cts-tradefed run singleCommand cts -m DevicePolicyManager --test
com.android.cts.devicepolicy.DeviceOwnerTest#testClearApplicationData

Support multiple languages per font in fonts.xml

Minikin already supports multiple languages specified per font in
I7f13b51464c9b01982bb573251d77052b9ddbd70. This CL adds a couple of
such cases into fonts.xml and clarifies in the method and the
variable names and parameters that the frameworks is handling a
multi-language string when it is.

Fix a bug that SurfaceView loses transformation
...
SurfaceView created for on-screen preview sometimes loses
transformation information in the Camera2 API with HALv1
environment, and therefore produced wrongly transformed frames.
It's because in RequestThreadManager.configureOutputs(), the
transformation set by LegacyCameraDevice.setSurfaceOrientation()
is cleared at mGLThreadManager.setConfigurationAndWait().
The bug is fixed by setting transformation information again
after mGLThreadManager.setConfigurationAndWait().
BUG=63313861
TEST=Check on minnie with GCA and CameraIQTesting app. Preview always
displays correct transformation in Camera2<=>HALv1 environment.
