192aef77d7 Always do the app reveal animation when dismissing the splash screen 
Let empty-style splash screen do reveal animation.
Also remove the extra animation duration if the icon is empty.

48a0820666 Skip onMovementBoundsChanged when waiting for fixed rotation 
When entering PiP from landscape mode with non-default aspect ratio, the
onMovementBoundsChanged callback will try to reset the surface with the
default bounds. Skip it if we are waiting for fixed rotation to be
completed, similar to the exiting swipe-pip-to-home check.

2af1cde04d Fix not updating split bounds after devices unfolded 
When the default display changed due to unfolded the device, the split
root tasks might be changed to invisible before reporting display info
changed to split component. This causing the split component didn't
update split layout due to the divider bar is not "initialized" after
released with stage roots changed to invisible.

This makes sure to update split layout while the split is activated no
matter the divider bar is initialized or not.

Fix: 189726605
Test: atest WMShellUnitTests
Test: check the split bounds updated properly after the device unfolded.

9f6c43e65c Fix for IME exclusions not working with expanded bubble 
- Technically the IME window is above the Bubble window, but when
  traversing the windows top-down for calculating the final exclusion
  region for SysUI, the IME is placed just above its target (the
  embedded task), and the Bubble's full touchable region effectively
  overrides the IME's requested exclusion region
