Test: Verify the device boots successfully
      Verify EncryptedLocalTransport APK is present
      Verify manual backup/restore using bmgr for LocalTransport and EncryptedLocalTransport
      For LocalTransport (unencrypted) and EncryptedLocalTransport:
        atest CtsBackupTestCases
        atest CtsBackupHostTestCases
        atest GtsBackupTestCases
        atest GtsBackupHostTestCases
