TextToSpeech.shutdown() never worked properly if was called before receiving
onServiceConnected in connection object. Also, due to recent changes,
TextToSpeech.shutdown() did not work until async task created in
onServiceConnected returned its result to the main thread.
This change makes .shutdown() work in all those cases. To allow that
runAction can now execute code with connection that's not fully setuped
- so we can shutt it down. Also, newly created connection is now hold in
new member variable mConnectingServiceConnection, so it can be closed
before receiving onServiceConnected callback.
Also, I changed name of OnServiceConnectedAsyncTask to
SetupConnectionAsyncTask, I find it more descriptive.

Take advantage of this to return better information about
packages filtered by permissions -- include the permissions
they have in the requested array.
Also fix issue #8026793 (Contact picture shows default pic
while searching for a contact in qsb) by using the base
package name of the Context when reporting the app name
of an operation. Otherwise you could make a resource-only
context for another application and do calls through that
and get reported as the wrong app.

Also add MockContentResolver constructor to provide a Context, and
move to singleton ActivityThread, since there is only one inside
each process. This makes ActivityThread accessible from threads like
InstrumentationThread.

When non-rectangular clipping occurs in a layer the render buffer
used as the stencil buffer is not cached. If this happens on a
View's hardware layer the render buffer will live for as long
as the layer is bound to the view. When a stencil buffer is
required because of a call to Canvas.saveLayer() it will be allocated
on every frame. A future change will address this problem.
If "show GPU overdraw" is enabled, non-rectangular clips are not
supported anymore and we fall back to rectangular clips instead.
This is a limitation imposed by OpenGL ES that cannot be worked
around at this time.
This change also improves the Matrix4 implementation to easily
detect when a rect remains a rect after transform.

Implemented reading and writing state to retain information
across boots, API to retrieve state from it, improved location
manager interaction to monitor both coarse and fine access
and only note operations when location data is being delivered
back to app (not when it is just registering to get the data at
some time in the future).
Also implement tracking of read/write ops on contacts and the
call log. This involved tweaking the content provider protocol
to pass over the name of the calling package, and some
infrastructure in the ContentProvider transport to note incoming
calls with the app ops service. The contacts provider and call
log provider turn this on for themselves.
This also implements some of the mechanics of being able to ignore
incoming provider calls... all that is left are some new APIs for
the real content provider implementation to be involved with
providing the correct behavior for query() (return an empty
cursor with the right columns) and insert() (need to figure out
what URI to return).

Hierarchy Viewer currently interfaces to the host via a socket
opened by ViewServer which resides in the WindowManagerService.
Since this has access to all windows, it is enabled only on
debug builds.
This CL adds necessary support to DDM to handle all the commands
required for Hierarchy Viewer. It only misses two commands that
are sent to the Window Manager (which we don't have access to
from the applications).
A future CL will remove the ViewServer functionality.

This change simplifies the dispatch of focused input events
and avoids causing event processing to be requeued on the
handler and delayed unnecessarily.

Region clipping, using Canvas.clipPath or Canvas.clipRegion, requires
a stencil buffer to be always present. In addition, extra wiring is
required in JNI and display lists.
This change only adds the necessary JNI/C++ APIs and some extra
plumbing to start the real work on properly supporting region
clipping.
A new debug define called DEBUG_CLIP_REGIONS can be used to draw
the current clip region. It is off by default, as is region
clipping.
The default implementation of clipPath() and clipRegion(), now
in native, mimics the previous Dalvik implementation to prevent
regressions.

Add assignContactFromEmail(String, boolean, Bundle)
and assignContactFromPhone(String, boolean, Bundle)
that allow the caller to provide a bundle of extras to
pre-populate the ContactEditorFragment with if a contact
is not found with the requested email address or phone number.
