98ba8e6905 Expose snapshotTask for use in WindowManager 
Exposes snapshotTask which will immediately take a task snapshot
instead of checking the cache. Also adds an overload which allows
specifying scaleRatio and pixelFormat

730d949e6d Support for NotificationAssistantService to rerank notifications. 
NotificationAssistantService passes a RankingScore via an Adjustment to
NotificationRecord. NotificationManagerService sorts notification using
rank as part of NotificationComparator.

699aa679a3 Add alpha support to Insets API 
All insets side may want to animate with transparency with or without
insets. This change allows any side to do that.
Also, this CL adds fade to IME when its not controlled by app.
This tries to replicate original IME animation.

Test: Manually using test app.

51106a339e Implement existing gestures using the new architecture. 
This includes the following gestures: double-tap, double-tap and hold, one-direction swipes, and two-direction swipes

19ee292575 Sharesheet - App stacking. 
When an app offers more than one activity to handle Send intents,
"stack" these into a single target in the All Apps list.

Tapping this target gives a disambiguation dialog to allow the
user to choose the specific action they want.

Long-pressing this app still brings up the app pinning dialog, but
app pinning allows you to pin any of the actions.
