1. Call setProvisioningIntValue() and getProvisioningIntValue()

2. Enable/disable the value and dial a VoLTE call
2-1. Set value to 1
2-2. Dial a call
2-3. From ImsPhoneCallTracker and GsmCdmaPhone's log, VoLTE is
 registered and device is trying IMS PS call
2-4. Set value to 0
2-5. Dial a call
2-6. From ImsPhoneCallTracker and GsmCdmaPhone's log, VoLTE is
unregistered and device is trying (non-IMS) CS call

df4a15b512 Allow non-resizable apps in split-screen (5/n) 
Replace usages of DEVELOPMENT_ENABLE_SIZECOMPAT_FREEFORM with
DEVELOPMENT_ENABLE_NON_RESIZABLE_MULTI_WINDOW so that we can use one
setting to control all multi window mode

072bedcef8 Android config updates for one handed bouncer. 
This is the changes in Settings (to store the current screen side) for
the one-handed keyguard. This also checks in symbols.xml to expose the
platform config to SysUI (the lines in symbols.xml are currently in
config.xml; I'm assuming that a previous revert didn't remove them).

08db23236c Adding Intent API to navigate to alarm permission page 
This is needed to provide apps a way to request the user to grant them
SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission

694c8a9935 Implement Settings#checkAndNoteChangeNetworkStateOperation on CS 
Connectivity is becoming a mainline module in S and
ConnectivityManager#enforceChangePermission is using
Settings#checkAndNoteChangeNetworkStateOperation for performing a
strict and comprehensive check of whether a calling package is
allowed to change the state of network. However, Mainline modules
are not allowed to use non-formal APIs, fortunately CS is the
only caller of this ConnectivityManager#enforceChangePermission.
Thus, implement the Settings API on ConnectivityService and remove
the ConnectivityManager#enforceChangePermission and
Settings#checkAndNoteChangeNetworkStateOperation.

868e770b82 Update the bouncer to be able to move to either side of a wide screen. 
I'd like to test other things (like tap makes the IME move), but to do
that means replacing the mock with a proper fake. That can come later,
but this at least tests that the flagging works correctly.

The changes between this and
commit cae34b8e22 is the bouncer height is
now measured using wrap_content, so the placement can be controlled
properly by the outer View (as the position of the bouncer changes
depending on the size of the screen).

This reverts commit cae34b8e22.
