Artur Satayev	a5264903e2	Use new UnsupportedAppUsage annotation. Existing annotations in libcore/ and frameworks/ will deleted after the migration. This also means that any java library that compiles @UnsupportedAppUsage requires a direct dependency on "unsupportedappusage" java_library. Hall Liu	d2f962a6db	Add new SystemApi methods for mainline Add new SystemApi methods for Telecom to call in lieu of the old @hide methods. Also moved CallerInfo and CallerInfoAsyncQuery to Telecom because there are no more users in Telephony.
