c9a7c24e3e Pass AppOps result for PiP in RemoteAnimationTarget 
This result will be used by Launcher when deciding if we should start
the auto-enter-pip transition.

4ffc67d791 CommunalService Implementation. 
This changelist introduces CommunalService and
related interfaces. These interfaces allow other
components to specify a communal surface to be
displayed in SystemUI.

This changelist also includes an implementation
of CommunalService that wires up the previously
defined communal support in SystemUI.

25b172abfd Guard DISABLE_PLUGIN with PLUGIN permission. 
Fixes a p0 security bug. We already have the plugin permission
defined in our manifest. Ensure that senders of the DISABLE_PLUGIN
broadcast have that permission.

dc99480f8b Add initial unfold animation prototype under feature flag 
Introduces interfaces and classes for subscribing to hinge
update events, unfold transition progress controller that
uses dynamic animations to calculate current transition
progress. Added linear light reveal scrim overlay as an
example of transition progress subscriber.

00d3ad743e Fix some shell transitions bugs breaking splashscreen cts 
Splashscreen CTS uses its own HOME activity that gets placed
on top of the normal launcher. Prevent the launcher's remote
transition from responding in that case by adding a component
filter to the TransitionFilter class.

733c39faaf Update rotation suggestion button position to align it with taskbar 
This CL moves the rotation suggestion button to the middle
of the taskbar when it is visible and not stashed.
When the user stashes or unstashes the taskbar the
button's position is animated accordingly.

5ca3820ae6 Hook up split-launch to legacy transition system 
Part 1 of hooking up stage-split to legacy stuff. This
actually routes the legacy remoteAnimation through shell
in order to gather the dividerbar and interract with the
WindowProcessController

      use SPLIT_SELECT to launch 2 apps in split and observe.
