56b28d4ad7 Return null for contacts local account 
In T+ the local account is required to be consistent with the what is
used in the AOSP ContactsProvider and so
RawContacts.getLocalAccountName and RawContacts.getLocalAccountType
should always return null.

6f7d870b56 Remove Settings#EXTRA_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK_PENDING_INTENT 
For the Intent ACTION_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK,
EXTRA_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK_PENDING_INTENT is for partner
apps to tell target Activity the private Activity to start.

However, developers feedback that customization extra data are
preferred, so a later CL supports customized extra data for
ACTION_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK.

Developers will not need
EXTRA_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK_PENDING_INTENT to specify
a private Activity.

6172dc5ba0 Spatial audio: read prop for spatializer init, persist feature state 
Use property ro.audio.spatializer_enabled to optimize the
AudioService initialization of Spatializer.

Persist the state of the spatial audo feature whenever its state
changes. Read it at start or whenever AudioService needs to
re-initialize the feature (after audio_server restart)

bcb30c3c2b Add new Secure setting for communal mode. 
This new setting will store the list of packages (apps) which the user
has enabled for communal mode.

This list is expected to change rarely, therefore we opted to store it
in Settings.Secure for simplicity as opposed to a custom file.

76279d4147 Create Public API in AccessibilityManager to expose Audio description 
enabled status.

1) Move ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY_AUDIO_DESCRIPTION_BY_DEFAULT from
Settings.Global to Settings.Secure.
2) Add isAudioDescriptionEnabled public API to read the
Settings.Secure.ENABLED_ACCESSIBILITY_AUDIO_DESCRIPTION_BY_DEFAULT.

ccc7d4bd37 Default resolution settings [Backend] 
Added new APIs to DisplayManager to:
1. set the user preferred display mode,
2. clear user preferred display mode and
3. wheteher user has chosen a display mode

These new settings are stored in Settings.Global.
