855fa31eb5 Expose new key use constraints in KeyPairGeneratorSpec. 
The constraints are currently ignored.

baf2838fd2 Symmetric key import for AndroidKeyStore. 
AES and HmacSHA256 symmetric keys can now be imported into
AndroidKeyStore. These keys cannot yet be used.
