f7c8568bea Only use nearest touch frame for button nav 
- When calculating the touchable region for the nav bar window
  in gestural + IME, we can not use the cached screen space nearest
  bounds in particular because the region needs to be in window
  space, but also because the IME may want to handle the area
  under the spacebar

ef53843630 Don't use ApkAssets::GetPath for equality checks 
With the introduction of ResourcesProviders, not all ApkAssets have
paths on disk. Theme::SetTo and various AssetManager methods use the
path to perform equality checking on ApkAssets. This equality check
will be performed on the debug string of an ApkAssets if it does not
have a path on disk. This causes ApkAssets with the same debug name
(like "<empty>") to be seen as the same ApkAssets. Rather than using
path, the pointer to the ApkAssets should be used for equality checking
since ResourcesManager caches and reuses ApkAssets when multiple
AssetManagers request the same assets.

d90a66c6e8 Limit how often wallpapers can update system theme 
A wallpaper should be able to update the system theme only once. During
its startup, or after calling notifyColorsChanged(), if it returned null
on onComputeColors().

115defdc9f Mutate UDFPS FingerprintDrawable 
The drawable is loaded from a resource, which by default shares
state across all instances. Mutate it so that enroll, BP,
FPM, Keyguard, etc have their own unique state.

37d6b6d53a Make CropView handle images that aren't full-height 
Compute the ImageView's extra top and bottom padding when it gets a
drawable or does layout, pass that information to CropView to adjust
its boundaries accordingly.

Also give MagnifierView some elevation so it doesn't get obscured by the
buttons.

Test: Take a long screenshot at the top of the settings app, observe
    that the image isn't full height, ensure that crop handles properly
    honor image bounds and those bounds are honored on export as well.

b571404228 Block touches from descendants of an invisible panel. 
This defends against a certain class of bugs where swiping
down the notification shade stops working because those gestures
are being sent to the shade contents rather than the panel
dragging code.

2bb3ca0c85 Image state restoration for LongScreenshotActivity 
- When long screenshot is acquired, save image to a temporary file.
- When restoring state, read in that bitmap.
- Moved bitmap export code from ScrollCaptureController to
  LongScreenshotActivity because it needs to be able to export any
  drawable regardless of source.
- Currently deleting the temporary file onDestroy.

Bug: 181087631
Test: Enable "don't keep activities" debug setting. Take long
screenshot, go to overview and return. Rotate UI. Verify that image
restores along with crop bounds and export still works properly.
