This string allows apps add a media_capabilities.xml resource to the
AndroidManifest.xml
The media_capabilities.xml file will in turn allow apps declare the
media capabilities they support, so the OS can transcode unsupported
formats to compatible formats for the app
Note, that the hard-coded string is already in use in MediaProvider
and is covered by TranscodeTest mentioned below

Add input device source type SOURCE_SENSOR to InputDevice API.
SOURCE_SENSOR is not used to identify KeyEvent or MotionEvent but it can
be used to classifiy an input device is sensor capable.

This API will replace the existing
setMediaButtonReceiver(PendingIntent) API to address the issue that
PendingIntent obejcts should not be persisted over reboots.

Android 12 introduces a StrictMode check to warn developers if they
are launching an unsafe Intent (one that has been unparceled from the
delivered Intent). This commit provides an API to allow a developer
to access the Intent that triggered the StrictMode violation.

Currently carrier apps are not able to pass the confirmation code along
with the downloadable subscription because carrier apps do not have the
permission to set the CC. So carrier apps have to rely on LUI's scree
for entering the confirmation code. In order to make the process more
flexable for carriers, we decided to add a method to initialize a
Downloadable Subscription with the confirmation code.
