b51617f466 Deprecated platform Android testing APIs 
- Deprecated most android.test.* APIs
- Kept ProviderTestCase2 and LoaderTestCase since we don't have a
replacement yet
- Deprecated android.test.suitebuilder
- Added Javadoc to all deprecated APIs with links to corresponding
Android Testing Support Library APIs
- Removed all trailing whitespace

1804e258fa Set mServiceCreated to false when onDestroy(). 
If tests call shutdownService() themselves, we should not call onDestroy()
again from tearDown(). Set mServiceCreated to false when we call onDestroy
to prevent this.

71be4b5ed9 Bring ServiceTestCase in line with current Service APIs and remove unnecessary asserts. 
-Updated onStart() call to onStartCommand()
-Removed asserts that disallowed starting an already bound service and vice versa, since
 that is a valid Service usage pattern.
