The Binder interface for passing a callback was not implemented
properly. Also the callback for ActivityContainer now has a new
API.

NetworkScoreManager defines all interactions between the framework and
the scorer app. An ACTION_SCORE_NETWORKS broadcast is sent to the
default scorer with any unscored networks, which responds by calling
updateScores() with scores for those networks. An app may also check
whether they are currently the default scorer with
getDefaultScorerPackage() and request to become the default via the
ACTION_CHANGE_DEFAULT broadcast.

Add service "batterymanager" and method getProperty to retrieve
battery properties. This is a public API.

Now that we have APIs to query all interactive windows and allow
an accessibility service to put accessibility focus in each of
them we have to guarantee that there is a single accessibility
focus. This is required for correct operation of the touch
explorer as on double tap in clicks in the center of the focused
area, hence having more that one focus is an issue. Also the
system is maintaining a single input focus so now accessibility
focus behaves consistently with that.

Add the new Toolbar widget for use in app layouts.
ActionBar can now be used as a point of control for either a
traditional window decor action bar or for a Toolbar that appears
inline in an Activity's layout.
ToolbarActionBar is currently WIP.

Navigation modes were a great shortcut for patterns that are no longer
recommended or that don't integrate as nicely with application
content. Apps have done a great job both inventing new navigation
patterns that work well in their own contexts or following patterns
that can be implemented inline with an app's content. Navigation modes
as a prescriptive construct are no longer needed.

When returning profiles of a user include the
user as a profile of itself.

Replaces Activity.setRecentsLabel and Activity.setRecentsIcon.
Simple top-down traversal to find the highest activity with a
specified label and icon. Adds the Intent of that activity to
RecentTaskInfo as well so that Recents can get the launcher
icon if UX desires it.

Passing in the name of an actual admin should be enough to pass the
security check as it was. This is now fixed as the caller is not
given the opportunity to spoof its own name any more.
