The following hidden API methods are not implemented by the stack and
should be removed:
- getBatteryUsageHint()
- acceptIncomingConnect()
- rejectIncomingConnect()
The following hidden API methods are no longer needed due to lack of
usage and should be removed:
- enableWBS()
- disableWBS()
- bindResponse()
