Suppose applications call autoFocus in CAF picture mode. If
CAF is in the middle of scanning, the picture is very likely to
be blurry. Change focus callback to return when the scanning
finishes.

When synthesized files are written to app private data dirs,
they are written with owner/grp set to the TTS engine and
are inaccessible by the app itself. This is a reported regression
from gingerbread behaviour. Note that the dir in which the
engine writes files is itself already world writable.

Limit each parse to batches of a few words, to keep the UI thread
responsive.
Possible optimizations for the future:
- SpellCheck in a thread, but that requires some locking mecanism
- Only spell check what is visible on screen. Will require additional
spans to tag the pieces of text.

Tweak to the logic to take account of margins when gravity = FILL is used and
there is a measurement dependency between the axes (as in mulit-line text).

1. Added handling for hover events that are transformed into
touch events and given to the touch event handling code
if accessibility is enabled.
2. Now swiping across the handle unlocks the device for both
cases - accessibility enabled or disabled.

Fixed a bug that causes AccountManager calls to hang forever, eventually exhausting the binder threads in the gapps process, making it unusable.
- Part of fix 5491362 (RelTeamHotIssue)
- Because the fix closes the camera early, this change is needed so
the black area isn't still hanging around while the camera fades
to the backup lock.

A recent patch taking scroll into account was applied at the wrong
level. isVisible() expects positions that already take scroll into
account. isOffsetVisible() is where the initial bug was.

On WebView.rebuildWebTextView, setTextAndKeepSelection was
being called, erasing the selections. Changed it so that
when text is replaced with the exact same value, no replace
is done. Also, on the Google search, when a spelling change
was made, the final character was placed improperly. When
a single character is added, the javascript events for the
character are sent. When multiple characters are changed,
the entire value is replaced with no javascript key events
sent.
