177c4a4d02 [MEP] eSIM API refactor to support MEP 
Newly added UiccPortInfo and UiccSlotMapping classes and introduced
UiccPortInfo as a port list in UiccCardInfo and UiccSlotInfo,
Deprecated some constructors and updated callers.

10e2db6c01 Update ITelephony#registerImsStateCallback 
Add a parameter, String callingPackage, to send the pakage name of the client.
With this, we can see what apps have listeners for which features.

b36819b1f1 Add ImsStateCallback 
registerImsStateCallback and unregisterImsStateCallback are
added to ImsMmTelManager, ImsRcsManager, and SipDelegateManager.
Those are used to receive updates about the connection state
of the underlying ImsService.

14cc15dc37 Clear up ALWAYS_REPORTED_SIGNAL_STRENGTH_CHANGED logic 
The feature is now replaced with TM#setSignalStrengthUpdateRequest
introduced in S release. The logic for the obsoleted feature is
cleared up.

The request to report system signal strength while idle is
still protected by permission to use internally.

e1dd6a01de Do not strip trailing F's of test ICCID 
Some OEMs use test SIMs which have ICCID=FFFFFFF... In this case we
don't strip trailing F's.

133879b683 telephony: suppress warnings in AIDL 
Warnings from using untyped List/Map. For now these List/Map can't be
migrated to typed ones because AIDL List/Map doesn't support Integer as
key/value types.

This command is used for CTS testing to force override D2D on.
