It's possible that there is no tag <application> in the mainfest.
Therefore, category wouldn't be set to CATEGORY_UNDEFINED properly.

This CL adds a <densityMap> element to the existing
display device configuration XML files. This can be used
to configure the logical display density per resolution.
Additionally densityMap can be placed in a default.xml file.
This config will be used if there is no per display configuration,
for example for external displays.
If there is no densityMap, the will fallback to the previous
logic and will get the density value provided by SurfaceFlinger
(which is the value of ro.sf.lcd_density).

- Introduce the PackagePartitions.FINGERPRINT to represent the

Design doc is at go/statsd-bootstrap-logging. Creates a proxy service for
logging atoms from bootstrap processes to statsd. Service has one API,
which converts StatsBootstrapAtom into StatsEvent and logs to statsd.
This should only used by processes that start in the bootstrap namespace
and cannot directly link statsd's libraries to log to statsd.

Introduces a new attriubte named resetEnabledSettingsOnAppDataCleared
for the components in the manifest such as activity, receiver,
provider and service. If the value is true, the enabled settings of
components in the application will be reset to the default value when
the application's user data is cleared.
