2ecc1be92e Screenshot swipe-dismiss polish 
- Allow swiping on any part of the UI (+ a 12-dp border)
- All parts of the UI move together (in the 'start' direction)
- In cases where the actions are scrollable, scrolls the action
bar first, then moves to dragging the UI once the actions are
fully scrolled
- Resets the timeout on any user interaction (touch event)

- Fixes smart action visibility
- Fixes focus on touch_outside

b19810da77 Throw appropriate exception for session transferring 
If the parameter "packageName" is invalid, such as null or
empty string for package name, an IllegalArgumentException is thrown.

In PackageInstallerSession.transfer(packageName), in order to let
the throwing exception more close to the real situation, we throw
IllegalStateException rather than IllegalArgumentException when
one file isn't closed or the state is wrong.

67eb83ba0b Add StorageVolume#getStorageUuid 
Unlike getUuid that returns fsUuid, this returns the 'converted'
fsUuid. This means that for the default internal storage:
- fsUuid = null
- uuid = UUID_DEFAUlT
