0457519bb5 docs: Fixed url typo in googleplay/work/about 
There was a typo in the url for 'Offer compatibility with work profile',
the link now works as intended.
(This is also my first bugfix and trip through the gerrit process.)

954d57dcf0 docs: Added new COSU page on DAC 
Bug: 24508712

Adding new enterprise page on DAC for Configuring Corporate-Owned,
Single-Use Devices. This page includes a diagram comparing app pinning
vs. lock task mode. I've also updated the index pages with this change.
