For the Intent ACTION_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK,
EXTRA_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK_PENDING_INTENT is for partner
apps to tell target Activity the private Activity to start.
However, developers feedback that customization extra data are
preferred, so a later CL supports customized extra data for
ACTION_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK.
Developers will not need
EXTRA_SETTINGS_LARGE_SCREEN_DEEP_LINK_PENDING_INTENT to specify
a private Activity.

The transform hint can be used by a buffer producer to pre-rotate
the rendering such that the final transformation in the system
composer is identity. This can be very useful when used in
conjunction with the h/w composer HAL in situations where it cannot
handle rotations or handle them with an additional power cost.

Adds new attribute to wallpaper XML declaration to indicate
whether a wallpaper should receive default zooming transition
updates when folding or unfolding. This attribute allows to
opt-out from the default behaviour during this transition and
implement custom behaviour.

Spatializer instance returned by AudioManager.getSpatializer()
is never null.
Instead of having this getter return null when the device
doesn't support spatialization, the user can query the
instance for it's level of support for the feature.
The level of support is independent of the state of the
spatializer.

Placeholder activity was finished while starting the
task root activity from launcher because the task
root activity was set as singleTask launch mode.
Meanwhile, the primary TaskFragment was also removed
because of the split-rule finishPrimaryWithSecondary.
Sending the information of whether the last activity
on the TaskFragment was finished due to launch other
activity to client. So that the organizer can decide
whether the primary TaskFragment should removed.

android.permission.ALLOW_TWO_PANE_DEEP_LINK_IN_SETTINGS:
The permission allows system or preinstalled APP to show
its Activity in split mode of Settings app for large screen
devices.
android.permission.START_ACTIVITY_IN_SETTINGS_TWO_PANE:
The permission for Activity to controll only Settings app can
start it if it's expected to deep link into Settings app and
shown as 2-pane.

When finishing a placeholder activity, the secondary container was
clean up, and the primary activity was also finished. However, the
primary container didn't remove and therefore was expanded to
fullscreen before the activity within completely being removed.
Which resulted in TRANSIT_OLD_TASK_FRAGMENT_CHANGE transition
after commit 118428b merged.

Before WindowProviderService, Service can add windows with several
window types. This is previously not allowed for WindowProviderService
because a context can only associate with a window container.
However, it may cause regressions because Service is used to add
windows with multiple types.
This CL allows WindowProviderService to do so, but WindowProviderService
can only associate with the window type returned by #getWindowType.
This CL also extracts some methods to WindowContext interface so that
WindowContext and WindowProviderService can reuse the same interface.

Add brightness configuration to display state, within the persistentDataStore. The original brightness configurations remain under the name "mGlobalBrightnessConfigurations".
Expose methods to get and set brightness configurations specific to each display. Indexed by uniqueId of the physical display. Where necessary, the primary physical display device of the logical display is used when identifying this.
