d35469d86b webview: switch timestamps to uptimeMillis(). 
We should use uptimeMillis for the startup timestamps since it doesn't
count time in device sleep.

83a8f97251 Add EVS permissions to CarSystemUI. 
- MONITOR_CAR_EVS_STATUS to get the status of EVS.
- CONTROL_CAR_EVS_ACTIVITY to generate the session token.

60d308168b Add callback to DozeParameters on alwaysOn change 
Previously, the tuner callback would be called on the StatusBar before
DozeParameters, so the StatusBar would update with stale information.
Instead of relying on the ordering of the tuner, directly register a
callback to DozeParameters when the ALWAYS_ON setting is updated.

370a9d729d Skip setting focused window to the recents animation target 
- If there's a recents animation running, the target controls whether
  to finish to home (and resume the task), and with live tile,
  Launcher expects to stay started (but not resumed) until it finishes
  the transition.

c10428f986 Compile libhwui.so with 2MB section alignment. 
Adds the appropriate linker flags for libhwui to have 2MB section
alignment. This allows the executable segments of the library to be
backed by transparent hugepages on supporting systems.

cd6e9816a5 Unify round corner radius in PipSurfaceTransactionHelper(s) 
Per discussion, will keep the two classes in Launcher and WMShell as for
now and re-address the unification in next release. In this change
- deprecate config_pipEnableRoundCorner since it's now behind a system
  property and waiting to be turned on
- pass the corner radius value from WMShell to Launcher

401b061a5d Fix getComponentName for DomainVerificationProxy 
This was preventing the domain verifier from being printed as part of
dumpsys, since PMS checks this to see if the proxy exists.

To avoid future issues, also removs the default interface methods in
favor of just overriding them in the unavailable variant.

cf951a0276 Apply rotation animation when canceling fixed rotation 
... if the activity requested the same orientation as display.

The launching activity may not declare fixed orientation, so when
launching it in a different orientation, the fixed rotation will
be applied. But if the activity requested to use previous
orientation before the transition is done, it suddenly redraws
that causes flickering.
