01b6dd29ff Fix crash on device without nits-backlight mapping 
When there is no nits mapping, we sent NaN for the
sdr backlight value, which is invalid. Instead, send
the same (valid) backlight value for normal and SDR
brightnesses.

Bug: 186895034
Test: Manually verify that a device without nit-backlight
      mapping can still boot normally.

7b7621f5cd Fix screen not turning off correctly. 
If a device was not set to doze after sleep, it was possible to hit the
power button and for the display to not turn off.

This change makes the display go to the off state if there is another
display which is currently on in this scenario.

Test: manual - Use device with external display. Hit power button.
Detach external display.

b10c5162c4 Temporarily re-add methods and classes removed in ag/1420175. 
The methods and classes are hidden and marked with @UnsupportedAppUsage.
This fixes broken dogfooders while the new SDK is being propagated.
