app zygotes don't run under system pid/gid, so they can't create groups for
processes they spawn. Use system_server to create the correct process groups

The DMA buffers mapped by GPU device(s) are already accounted for
in the total exported dmabuf size (ionHeap) size.
To remove GPU memory from lost RAM, provide an API to get only the
DMA buf memory mapped by the GPU device(s).

Currently getPssPid includes memtrack HAL reported values in the pss
calculation. This makes it impossible to get these values separately.
Extend this interface to include itemized memtrack values.

Add default system implementation of vibrator manager service that uses
IVibratorManagerService to access the device vibrators.
Change implementation of SystemVibrator to use VibratorManagerService
and delete local service VibratorService.
Introduce missing public APIs for VibratorManager and Vibrator.getId.

Adds a BatterySipper.customMeasuredPowerMah field to account
for custom energy buckets (i.e. EnergyConsumers of type OTHER)
and adds it to the total accumulated battery drain for each uid.

BatteryStats now has access to the custom measured energies,
in the form of an array of energies, indexed by the custom
energy bucket number (i.e. by the ordinal of each energy
consumer of type OTHER).
Also cleans up unused methods (now that we've solidified this
method as being the one required).

Some DMA-BUF heaps maintain pools of pre-zeroed memory for faster
allocations. Print the total size of all DMA-BUF heap pools as part of
dumpsys meminfo and use the same in LostRam calculation.
