Rename WindowLayout#minimalWidth and #minimalHeight to #minWidth
and #minHeight to be consistent with other APIs.

Clarified behavior when activity is resized or put in fullscreen
mode, per b/28580007 . Also (per email from o-o) removed misleading
statement about when onStop() might or might not be called.
Both changes can go live now (multiwindow update applies to DP1 & 2,
and onStop() clarification applies to all versions of API), so I'll
submit as soon as this is approved.

The "Direct Reply" section of the "Notifications" page within the
N Preview documentation now includes a code snippet describing how
to show an acknowledgment of a user's response within a notification.
Also, the "chat history" example now has a clearer, more complete
explanation.

Small name changes were made to Direct Boot APIs and constants,
so the preview docs are being updated to reflect this. Doc changes
will get published when DP2 is released (and not before).

Preview 2, replaced by height and width-specific attributes.
Per bug b/27942263 , several method names have changed for DP2.

Small updates to Scoped Directory Access preview docs, which include
the ability to ask for full volume access on secondary volumes,
and the "Don't ask again" checkbox in the UI for repeated access
requests.
Also, adding Scoped Directory Access to preview docs TOC.
I also updated preview/_book.yaml, even though I don't think
it is being used yet, to ensure it stays in synch with this TOC
change.

TV Recording API is available in N Preview, however the Google
Live Channels app is still being updated to add UI for recording.
Until the Live Channels app has been updated, devs won't be able
to test the full user experience for recording. We're adding a
note to let devs know.
