d150569b03 Fix PackageManager did not recognize OTA when only upgrade product 
- Introduce the PackagePartitions.FINGERPRINT to represent the
  fingerprint of the build and all system partitions. Using it to
  determine whether the system update has occurred.

- Update PackageManager relating modules to replace Build.FINGERPRINT
  with the PackagePartitions.FINGERPRINT.

d515f6724f Fix ACTION_ONE_HANDED_SETTINGS breaks CTS IntentTest 
The CTS test will check new added intent is expected
android.signature.cts.intent.IntentTest#shouldNotFindUnexpectedIntents

If the new added intent should belong to allow list,
we should add it into
cts/tests/signature/intent-check/DynamicConfig.xml

However, in One handed mode case, I think it's make
sense to define in settings provider
frameworks/base/core/java/android/provider/Settings.java

da79f2a110 Create StatsBootstrapAtomService 
Design doc is at go/statsd-bootstrap-logging. Creates a proxy service for
logging atoms from bootstrap processes to statsd. Service has one API,
which converts StatsBootstrapAtom into StatsEvent and logs to statsd.
This should only used by processes that start in the bootstrap namespace
and cannot directly link statsd's libraries to log to statsd.

Test: booted, made sure binder service was published.

Forgot to propagate updated flag documentation to all versions of
register receiver, and
needed to include a link to system broadcasts (which has replaced all
instances of the term protected broadcasts).

20ebc021d6 Reset component enabled settings when clearing app data 
Introduces a new attriubte named resetEnabledSettingsOnAppDataCleared
for the components in the manifest such as activity, receiver,
provider and service. If the value is true, the enabled settings of
components in the application will be reset to the default value when
the application's user data is cleared.

c06b02ddba Add @SystemApi registerContentObserverForAllUsers in ContentResolver 
Also add ContentObserver#onChange(boolean, Collection, int, UserHandle) so
clients can know the corresponding UserHandle for the notification.

Test: atest CtsContentTestCases and manual testing to verify the observer can get notifications for
all the users.

02958c9aff Start SupplementalProcessManagerService 
Calls the SupplementalProcessFrameworkInitializer to
register the supplemental process service. This service
is started from SystemServer.

Updating the documentation for registerReceiver so it's more useful,
specifies that the app needs to be targeting Tiramisu (not just
operating on Tiramisu), and adds information about system/protected
broadcasts.
