SW egl returned always EGL_FALSE even when the display was valid.
This made calls to eglSwapInterval to fail on HW since the wrapper
fails if either SW or HW egl fails.
Letting SW eglSwapInterval to return true when display is valid is
ok since spec says that interval parameter is silently clamped.

Add some MountService tests that are based partially on some stuff done
in PackageManagerTests. This allows us to test the OBB changes in an
easy way.
Also, it found some bugs in the DefaultContainerService connection state
machine, so fix those while we're at it.

PBAP profile is associated with HFP profile. Disconnect PBAP
profile while disconnecting HFP profile. We ever never doing this
and were expecting the remote end to do it. So when the user
disconnects a headset, we will end up with the ACL link still up
because PBAP has not been disconnected.
This is little bit of a hack till PBAP profile is converted to
use the new profile APIs.

- Debug.countInstancesOfClass is just a wrapper on
dalvik.system.VMDebug.countInstancesOfClass to avoid code from
depending on the dalvik classes directly
- Existing usages of VMDebug.countInstancesOfClass in ActivityThread
and ViewDebug are converted to the new Debug.countInstancesOfClass
- Existing use of OpenSSLSocketImpl.instanceCount, which is being
removed, is converted to Debug.countInstancesOfClass(OpenSSLSocketImpl.class)
