8c82b4508f Cleanup logic for per-op auth keys. 
This streamlines the exception throwing logic for per-op auth keys of
AndroidKeyStore.

baf2838fd2 Symmetric key import for AndroidKeyStore. 
AES and HmacSHA256 symmetric keys can now be imported into
AndroidKeyStore. These keys cannot yet be used.
